I have been Tutoring for Years. Almost EVERY time, I seem to be able to make an almost INSTANT "Connection" with KIDS! I EXPLAIN - SLOWLY, using EVERYDAY words and expressions that kids ALREADY know and USE EVERYDAY. I use COMMON objects in your home, usually RIGHT IN FRONT of where we are SITTING - to EXPLAIN IDEAS. Sometimes it even works after only ONE session! They "GET IT". It WORKS. It IS nice for ME to SEE their faces "LIGHT UP" with UNDERSTANDING and COMPREHENSION I guess because no one ever EXPLAINED it to them that way before. Thank you very much - Alan. P.S.: YES, this WORKS with ADULTS too!!
