I have an M.S. in Economics from Stony Brook University and I am also a PhD candidate. My research interests intersect with some areas in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
Experience
I have been a tutor various subjects including Calculus and Introductory level Economics courses. I have taught Economics to talented high school students at Duke University. I have been a teaching assistant in many universities including Stony Brook and I am also an instructor at Stony Brook. I take great pleasure in teaching. Not only is it very enjoyable to me I take it very seriously and I like to believe I will perform beyond your expectations. I take pride in my teaching. The way I teach is very similar to the Socratic method of teaching. I will not make you memorize formulas you don't understand but rather ask questions to trigger your thinking and make you realize YOU can figure out the answer.
